Back in Town is a specialized atelier for the restoration, cleaning, and repair of footwear, bags, and accessories — with the same level of care, technique, and aesthetic judgment that a luxury piece deserves.

We offer deep cleaning, restoration, repair, and customization of footwear, bags, and accessories.
How is a restoration or custom project quoted?
Restorations, repairs, and custom projects are quoted based on the work required. To get started, we just need photos of the piece you'd like to send us.
What is the turnaround time?
The estimated turnaround is 7 business days. For complex restorations or custom projects, the timeline may vary — we'll let you know at the time of quoting.
Do you offer pickup or home delivery?
Not yet, but we are developing that service and will announce the first available routes soon. For now, you can visit us in store or send your piece via a delivery app — many of our clients already do.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes, we accept all major cards.
Is it worth restoring a piece?
For us, restoration is a passion. We love extending the life of the pieces you cherish most. To answer this question, we always suggest considering three things: how much you love the piece, how much you're willing to invest in it, and whether it's worth doing versus buying something new. Once those answers are clear, if you're in — so are we.
